Photo rights: (Portrait right & Privacy law):

Photos are taken during all contests organized by the NBBF / IFBB Nederland; both during competitions and from all winners. These photos are published on our own website and Facebook page and sometimes in the printed yearbook. The purpose of this is to provide people with comparative material, so that a goal can be pursued during training and preparations. But also to visualize your own progress. And of course to give a face to our body builders, where everything revolves around the beauty and strength of the muscular body. This creates (national) name and fame for the best performing persons.

The NBBF / IFBB Nederland assumes that its competition participants and members have no objection to this photography and publications. If this is the case, you can object to this personally at: juliettebergmann@ifbbnederland.nl
In that case, on published photos where you appear we will make your face unrecognizable. This can also be done retroactively. It is also possible to inform the photographer of this in time, so that he tries not to (too often) portray you. It is also possible to carry a certain characteristic in consultation with the photographer or competition organization, which shows that you do not want to be recognizable in the picture. This can then be effectively taken into account in the publication / photo selection.

Disclaimer:

Disclaimer: Published photos may not be used or copied for other purposes. NBBF / IFBB Nederland retains all rights here. Strict personal use is allowed.

Notice Regarding Visual Material

You must report any objections to this in writing / by email, after which it will be ensured that you do not appear (recognizable) in the publishings.
